Low Cost Reliable Heating Blanket System

The NEW TC-1000 provides accurate body temperature maintenance, whether during surgery or sensitive recording sessions.
The subject is wrapped in the flexible heating pad, and the thermistor probe inserted rectally. The body temperature is dialed in, with high & low temperature alarms if desired. The core temperature is maintained to within +0.2 degrees C or better.
The microprocessor-based controller features automatic fault detection in case of probe or blanket disconnection or other conditions.
The TC-1000 comes equipped with a 3mm diameter thermistor probe. Any standard YSI-400 series thermistor probe can also be used. Heating blankets (BLANKET-1 for >500g subjects, BLANKET-2 for 500-1500g subjects) are sold separately. Larger blankets (BLANKET-3) are also available.
